OUT ON THE TOWN
I am happy to learn that The Harrison restaurant on Cookman Avenue in Asbury Park is still open. There were rumors that they were closing and when we stopped by recently we found it dark. A quick phone call revealed that they are operating under modified hours, Wednesday through Sunday.
If you have never been to the restaurant, then please go soon. It is a very intimate, sophisticated spot for drinks and a simple dinner (American fare). I like it for a quiet date with “DH” or Girls Night Out. Here’s hoping they stay right where they are!
